Step One: Gathering information

Forever Me is all about YOU. It is a blank canvas that inspires you to create and connect your life with future generations of your family. Forever Me is a remarkable, intimate sharing of memories, wonder, wisdom, dreams, hopes, and secrets as told by YOU. Forever Me is an irreplaceable record that keeps you and your family alive forever!

At this moment all of your important information is either in your head, or stored away somewhere. Step one is to decide what information you want to store in your Forever Me Personal History Capsule.

Step Two: Organizing and preparing your information

Organize your information in the order you want it to appear on the microfilm

Step Three: Preparing your information to be photocopied

It is important that you ONLY SEND PHOTOCOPIES OF YOUR ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS. Once we receive your photocopied documents, we will convert them to HQ Microfilm. The microfilm will be registered mailed to you. Thirty-days after you receive your microfilm, your photocopied documents will be destroyed under the supervision of Business Data Solutions.

Step Four: Complete the title page (download)

Place all other documents behind the title page in the order you want them to appear on your microfilm.

Step Five: Complete the Forever Me Order Form (download / online orders)

Step Six: Mailing your information

Place your order form, personal check (if paying by check), title page, and documents in a large envelope. Mail it to the following address:

Your documents will be processed with care and confidentiality. These documents will be shredded thirty (30) days after proof of package delivery has been signed.
